Gain a theoretical and practical understanding of fitness assessments and learn how to interpret results. The course – which is ideal if you’re considering studying the Certificate in Fitness or Bachelor of Applied Science – covers how to assess body composition, cardio-respiratory fitness, anaerobic power, strength and flexibility tests. At the end of the course you’ll be able to utilise these principles when designing fitness assessments and exercise programmes.
